Suddenly redundant but with our extensive skills and experience we knew we were still employable. We wondered though what  could we do next….

Then we thought, it’s not just us. There is a whole community of experienced and skilled employable people out there, just like us. What are they going to do? Where can they find out the information and advice that we found hard to find? Where can they find support, encouragement and inspiration?

And who indeed are “they”?  After all, it is not just those who have been made redundant. What about Graduates? What about the discontented and disillusioned workers? We’re all in this together….
